Because most of my clients are looking for Content Management Systems, that is what I specialize in. It gives you the control to update and create content without needing to know any special coding language. If you understand how to use Word or similar programs, then you can create content for your site in minutes!
If you feel that you need a static website, I can create those. I will warn you ahead of time that these are difficult to update and get out of date quickly.
